Creative work should stay private.

Creative Season is designed to keep creative work private. Your detailed practice history, private intention, optional resource name, task labels, handwritten-page photographs, notes, Health summaries, and Screen Time selections stay on your device unless you explicitly export them. Private notebook media is encrypted on device and excluded from backup, so it cannot be restored after uninstall unless you export it first.

You can use the guided solo season without an account. If you choose Sign in with Apple, a purchase claim, or a private Circle, we process the minimum account and service data needed to provide those features: your Apple-provided account identifier and chosen display name, permanent-access status, Circle membership and privacy choices, coarse presence you elect to share, constrained reactions and safety-report category, invitation status, and encrypted notification routing.

We collect a small, first-party set of product events—such as plan creation, purchase state, first practice, a weekly presence bucket, season completion, and generic share or invitation stages—to understand reliability and whether the product is useful. We do not collect screen recordings, arbitrary taps, journal content, Health values, private task or resource names, selected apps or sites, advertising identifiers, receipts, or signed App Store transactions as analytics. Raw product events expire after no more than 13 months.

We use service providers only to operate authentication, database, notification, and Apple platform functionality. We do not sell personal data, use it for third-party advertising, share it with data brokers, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites. App Store campaign reporting is imported only as privacy-thresholded aggregate data.

You may turn off optional notifications, camera, Health, biometric lock, and Screen Time access in iOS Settings; the core guided season remains usable. Circle sharing controls are independent and default to no daily presence sharing. You can leave a Circle without losing your local season.

In Account and Sync settings, you can sign out or request deletion of account-backed profile, Circle membership, device routing, and linked analytics. Local history and Apple’s App Store purchase history are separate; deleting the app removes device-private data, and Apple manages purchase records. Minimal anonymized purchase or safety records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, or law.

Creative Season is not directed to children under 13. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
